Websites That Actually Bring In Work
Most small businesses have a website because someone told them they needed one. It sits there, looks fine, and does almost nothing. No calls, no requests, no reason for anyone to pick up the phone. That's the problem Towerweb exists to solve.
What we do
We build websites for small and medium businesses, and we make sure people can actually find them. That means three things working together: a site that's designed around what your customers need to know, local SEO so you show up when someone searches in your area, and automation that handles the repetitive parts of your day.
The automation piece is where things get interesting. A customer fills in a form on your site and gets a professional quote in their inbox within seconds, with the right price already calculated. Or you get a notification the moment a request comes in, so you're not the one who replies three days later while a competitor already closed the deal. Most small companies still do this by hand, in the evening, when they should be doing something else.
How we work
You talk to the same person from the first conversation to the day the site goes live. There's no account manager passing your feedback to a project manager who forwards it to a developer. Nothing gets lost, and nobody has to explain your business twice.
Every site is built from scratch. Not a template with your logo dropped in, but a design shaped around what you sell and who buys it. That takes longer, and it's worth it, because a site that looks like ten other sites doesn't give anyone a reason to choose you.
We also don't disappear after launch. Search rankings need maintenance, content needs updating, and things break. Most of our clients stay on a monthly arrangement for exactly that reason.
What we believe
A website is a tool, not a business card. If it isn't bringing in requests, it's a cost. So we start with the question most agencies skip: what needs to happen after someone lands on your page? Everything else follows from that answer.
We'd rather tell you something you don't want to hear than sell you something you don't need. If your site mostly needs better copy and a proper Google Business Profile, we'll say that instead of quoting you for a rebuild.
And we work in two languages, Polish and Dutch. That's useful if you sell across borders, and it means we see what's working in one market before it arrives in the other.
Who we work with
Installation companies, e-commerce, local service businesses, specialists who are good at what they do but don't have time to think about their online presence. Companies where one extra request per week actually matters.
If that sounds like you, get in touch. First conversation costs nothing and you'll know within twenty minutes whether we're a fit.
